Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Log all support requests and document the steps taken to resolve them
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with setting up new user accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- HS Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role
- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
