Interacts with vendors and plant locations to solve billing issues Receive and verify PO forms for orders in Ariba Assist with IT equipment procurement and inventory levels, including communication with IT Techs Follow-up with vendors for RNI and INR reports Contribute to the preparation of IT financial reconciliations, including journals and accruals Monthly Internal management reporting and analysis Participate in updating the lease renewal library and cost tracking Assist IT Controller with annual development and tracking of budgets and variance analysis All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
