Job Description
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the technical support provided.
- Respond promptly to client requests for on-site or remote technical support, adapting to client needs and project scopes.
- Equipment Installations, Upgrades, and Repairs:
- Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' printers, laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Inventory Management and Reporting:
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients and management regarding the status of technical issues.
- Focus on repairing printers, laptops, and monitors.
- Requires driving up to 300 miles per week.
- Preferred location in the Toledo metro area or southern locations such as Bowling Green, Baytown, and Perrysburg.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in replacing hardware components (motherboards, hard drives, etc.).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a field service technician fixing laptops, desktops, printers, and enterprise devices.
- Willingness to drive 50 to 75 miles daily between different client sites.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work after hours or weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Available to work a rotational 24/7 on-call scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
