IT Field ServiceTechnician
Location: Nashville, TN service area
Pay Rate: $22/hour W2, plus travel and mileage expenses
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
We need a Field Tech to service a group of car dealerships in the Nashville/Brentwood area. This tech would travel to a group of 6 dealerships and handle service calls on IT equipment.
Description:
- Remote, dispatch from home each day to visit client locations.
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
- Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Providing updates to management as needed.
- Break Fix/IMAC/Preventative maintenance cases for work needed in assigned service area/city.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Skills:
- Field Service experience
- Hardware IMAC
- Strong hardware break-fix experience
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site.
- Warranty Dell support.
- Mac experience is a plus.
- Certifications A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
- Reliable Transportation required (This is a driving position)
