IT Field Service Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN (service area)

Pay Rate: $18/HR W2, plus mileage reimbursement

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (On-Call rotation)

Duration: Contract-to-Hire 

Description:

• Field dispatch cases at customer sites, including repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other various equipment. Covering the Knoxville service area
• Projects and cases installing, refreshing, replacing, and removing equipment.
• Working with end-users to resolve issues.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. 
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. 
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Providing updates to management as needed.

Skills:

• At least 2 years of Field Service experience 
• A+ Certification required within 6 months of employment
• Desktop, Laptop, Printer, POS break fix
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance 
• Installing
• Hardware IMAC 
• Reliable Transportation required (This is a driving position)
• Must be able to follow written instructions 
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
