We are a solid MSP company that is building a stronger team to tackle our day-to-day cases.
Your role will be to provide technical and troubleshooting to our onsite and remote clients for any network-related issues.
We are looking for a Low Voltage Technician to monitor and install Low Voltage cables and systems for electronic equipment and communication devices. They also conduct repairs for defective materials of high quality according to our customers’ needs.
What You Will Be Doing
· Wiring, connect and set up Low Voltage devices.
· Test the device to confirm it is working properly after repair.
· Wire the device safely and accurately.
· Comply with safety regulations to ensure accurate installation.
· Set up racks built out of communication closets.
· Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs as necessary.
· Install cat-6 from workstations to MDF for data and telephone.
· Pull and terminate cat-5 and cat-6 phone and data cabling.
· Trim plates. Connections for cat5, coax, and security
· Terminate and test cables from pull point back to IDF closet.
· Install and configure SonicWall, Firewall, Modems and Routers.
What You Need for this Position

· Strong Team Player, excellent verbal and communication skills, organizational skills, self- motivated, driven, and flexible
· Distinguished diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
· Adaptable and flexible in stressful situations
· Proficient in supporting Windows PC/Mac operating systems and Office Suite applications.
· Preferred related field or relevant certifications such as A+, Server+ or Network+
· Must own a vehicle with a clean and valid Driver’s license.
· Can lift 50lbs or more.
· Willing and able to get dirty.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Information Technology: 1 year (Required)
- Wiring – 2 years plus ( Required)
