- Internet and Cloud Environment, and solutions, including CommunicationsServer & PC (various software & hardware), including Microsoft (Office 365) solutions, Windows O/S (and Oracle preferred), etc.
- Server & PC security (& compliance), including Anti-Virus solutions, etc.
- Various Hardware, including Printers, Scanners, Mobile Devices, Routers, Switches, etc.
- Help Desk Support
- Basic knowledge of business applications (Manufacturing & Accounting preferred)
- IT Security & Compliances, including ISMS, SOX, Record Retention, etc.
- Documentation IT Application Development Background & Experiences:
- Identify Business & System Requirements, Design, and Develop process
- Experiences in development in AS/400 System or Equivalent solutions, including Cloud solutions
- Manufacturing system (Various Modules), from Production Scheduling, Production Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements, Purchasing, Costing, etc.
- Knowledge of Accounting, Import & Export, and Compliance
- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) & Change Management, including Aldon solution (preferred)
- Knowledge of Internet and Cloud environment and solutions, including Communications
- PC knowledge, skills, and programming (software and hardware)
- Various Hardware, including Printer, Scanner, Mobile Devices, etc.
- IT Security & Compliances, including ISMS, SOX, EPA, etc.
