Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is expanding on the digital transformation of our E2E SAP and related Supply Chain processes and systems. This role is primarily focused on our Concentrate CPS business (Commercial Product Supply), but it reaches across our other organizational units and business partners (vendors, Bottling customers).
We are looking for a Director in the SAP ARIBA Procurement function to lead activities in our new transformation project. This role is responsible thought-leadership, design, delivery and deployment activities towards this multi-year initiative. The role will be based in Atlanta.
Visa/work sponsorship will not be considered (H1B transfers potentially considered for highly qualified candidates).
What You'll Do for Us
  • This role will work closely with our global CPS Supply Chain business team to understand the ERP (SAP S/4) and Planning (SAP IBP) system functionalities, as well as related interfaced systems.
  • This role will provide input and thought leadership towards Vendor Collaboration functionality leveraging SAP ARIBA and SAP IBP and will work with our project Consulting partners in the process and solution design, testing, training, and implementation.
  • This role will work with the other project transformation functional teams (Supply Planning, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, ATP/Allocations).
  • This role will work with our consulting partners to enable Autonomous Planning (low/no-touch), as related to the Procurement and Vendor Collaboration function.
  • This role will have responsibilities and require expertise in project management, change management, resource utilization, and system deployments.
  • This role will work collaboratively with our software vendors and research ways to leverage the software capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
  • Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Planning (Supply and Production Planning, Planning Master Data, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning) is critical.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and SAP IBP is critical.
  • Experience with large digital transformation projects in the E2E SC Planning area is preferred.
  • Understanding of Coca-Cola CPS and NAOU processes, or experience with large beverage or consumer products companies, is helpful.
  • Experience with Autonomous Planning (low-touch, no-touch) is helpful.
  • Appropriate communication skills.
  • Ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Years of Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of diversified SAP Procurement and Supply Chain systems, business process, and operational knowledge

Pay Range:
$159,300 - $184,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
