General Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic professional for the role of IT Business Partner with a focus on Finance and Administrative Services. In this unique position, you will bridge the gap between Information Technology and the Finance functions. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency of Finance’s use of Dynamics 365 (D365), its processes, procedures and reporting by leveraging the functionality of the D365 product. You will collaborate with the Finance teams to identify technology and system needs and changes, test software updates and changes, support system administration and ensure data security and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Finance background and a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 product, as well as experience in Information Technology and the ability and willingness to learn new systems used by HR, Marketing/Development, and Risk and Compliance.
Essential Functions:
· Work with the CIO to prepare a long-term plan for capital projects based on business goals and IT roadmap.
· Serve as System Administrator for Dynamics 365 F&O. This requires knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 F&O (D365) application and related modules. This is a must for the support, guidance, improvement, integration and project management of D365.
· Ability to oversee and manage vendors and assist with contract management including the selection and support of a contract management tool
· Ability to coordinate efforts with Human Resources, Risk Management/Compliance and Development to understand systems and to plan, implement and support future system –and enable units to think past immediate requirements to future capability and capacity building.
· Acquire and develop knowledge of industry practices, technology, trends, and benchmarking data. This is a must for advisement as well as to keep abreast of resources for various technical projects[LG1]
· Keep fully apprised of ongoing enhancements and technology initiatives in the various business units and departments, ensuring consistency in delivery of services and support

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O (D365) required;
· Knowledge of one or more HRIS systems a plus, ADP Workforce NOW is current system
· Knowledge of how to build integrations across systems and platforms
· Strong vendor relationship skills and experience
· Ability to interact with leaders and staff
· Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels on business projects including subject matter experts and vendors.
· Strong organizational and project management skills: ability to prioritize multiple projects, set and meet deadlines.
· Highly collaborative with excellent communications skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
· Able to work independently, recommend ideas for innovation
· Strong[LG2] computer skills, knowledge of MS Office suite a must.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Mathematics, Finance or similar field; or equivalent combination of education[LG3] and experience.
· Ability to frame strategy and convert to IT execution plans
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creation and delivery of Power Point presentations
Scope of Responsibility & Positions Supervised:
Responsibility. Provide metrics where possible. Level of supervision received.
· Oversee relationship with and work effort of MSP or Vendor(s) working with D365, ADP or other systems
Special Working Conditions:
· Occasional inspection of equipment.
· Occasional visits to existing offices.
· Occasional oversight of Vendors, contractors and other temporary staff
