This person is going to be working with the IT Asset management system, helping with inputting data like quotes to the green screen to build a web catalogue and also making sure information in the system is correct. Ideally he is looking for someone who has great attention to detail and knows there way around excel. They will be working with proprietary systems like Rental Man as well.Responsible for and maintained IT Asset Inventory for over 42,000 Company IT Assetsspanning over 2,000 branches in North America, EU and APAC Regions.■ Maintained asset inventory for Company IT Assets and ensured the IT Asset Database wasupdated accurately.■ Ensured deployed physical assets were used in compliance with company policies.■ Provided support to the IT Support department by providing asset information, researchingasset history and managing physical inventory control.■ Maintained multiple IT Asset spreadsheets using Excel Functions and created Pivot Tables topresent data. Coordinated and tracked receipts, storage, and asset disposal.■ Performed research and reconciliation to correct accountability, record imbalances andprevent denials.■ Job duties required proficiency and basic understanding of computers and software,proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Macros & Mass scale emailing, excellent oraland written communication skills.■ Daily duties included but were not limited to processing Stolen IT Asset Notices, AdvancedExchange Tickets, Branch Location Mergers & Closures, OSR Laptop Recovery & iPadRegistration, Inactive Asset Recovery, Asset User & Location Transfer Requests, EmployeeTerminations, triaging HEAT Incidents/tickets and Escalations.■ Weekly duties included but were not limited to processing Vendor Weekly Scans and AssetReports for both the US and CA, creating the Inactive Assets Report, Registering InboundAssets, and removing stale devices from the Active Directory.■ Cross Trained in ITAM Support and IT Asset Auditing.
