Position Summary

The Enterprise Systems IT Application Developer will provide functional support and to expand capabilities in the area of systems configuration, not limited to but primarily Tririga IWMS. This function provides the initial step in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions for our Real Estate, Facilities and Construction teams. The role requires the ability to develop and analyze detailed business and technical specifications and proposals Responsibilities Will have the day-to-day responsibilities supporting the on-going enhancement and functionality roll-outs, maintenance and administration of Tririga IWMS

  • Customize/Configure, test and deploy the solution through all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Work on multiple work requests/fixes/defects simultaneously and provide status updates to management
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architect and/or Business Analysts and other subject matter experts
  • Works with the Real Estate business team to triage issues and deliver solutions often time requiring in person meetings, phone calls or WebEx meetings
  • Ability to craft concise communications of a technical nature to IT and business teams
  • Identify opportunities for proactive support, best practices and training.
  • Coordinates software and system upgrades with infrastructure and development teams. • Update support documentation as necessary
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the review of system and business requirements for Tririga IWMS
  • Work with the Application Manager and Team Lead to coordinate and report on team status
  • Identify issues and formulate recommendations for efficient, timely problem resolution
  • Other duties as required.
  • May be required to work during off hours.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Tririga Functional experience with Real Estate and Capital Projects
  • focus
  • 2+ years of experience in Tririga application development
  • Familiar with other Tririga application modules (IE: Space Management)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Strong IT background with 3+ years of experience with multiple of the following areas: application development, JAVA experience, engineering, architecture, IT Project Management, etc
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce documentation – Visio, run books, Project Plans, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues with limited supervision
  • Understanding of client-server, browser-based applications


Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Tririga Functional experience with Real Estate and Capital Projects focus
  • 3+ years of experience in Tririga application development
  • Industry knowledge of Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Construction process
  • Experience with supporting, developing and implementing integrations with legacy applications such as SAP S4, Peoplesoft, Ariba, etc
  • Must possess excellent follow up skills and self-motivation to resolve business support and production support issues in a timely, cost effective manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, management, development staff and vendors
  • Familiar with Solution Delivery Process (SDP) and SDLC


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
