The IT Systems Administrator role installs, secures, administers, and maintains Aspire Bakeries enterprise infrastructure systems; including active directory, domain services, Windows Server Platforms, storage, Multi-Cloud/Hybrid Services, and virtualized environments across the Americas for data center, bakery, and branch offices.  Ensuring security, integrity and high availability of enterprise systems and related components is essential. This includes ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring and installing updates, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing monitoring and management of mission-critical services.  The IT Systems Administrator will assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server farms and globally distributed systems and will require occasional travel and weekend work.  This position will also assist other infrastructure teams with operations related to Aspire Bakeries' overall enterprise IT infrastructure.  Additional responsibilities include Tier 2\3 support for our distributed technologies, occasional on-call duty, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the high availability and security of active directory and domain services infrastructure including trusts, DHCP, DNS, LDAPS, AD CS, group policies, file server shares, print services, etc.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of highly available server and storage\SAN infrastructure.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 Suite including Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Windows 365 experience a plus.
• Proactively monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports to ensure service levels are met.
• Recommend and execute modifications to system enviroanments to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
• Serve as a cornerstone for escalating system issues; provide timely response to escalations.
• Create PowerShell scripts as required to automate common and/or repetitive tasks.
• Develop and maintain design, support, and training documentation.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in computer science, information technology, a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 
• Recent Microsoft Administrator or Solution Architect certifications. VMWare VCP is a plus.
• 5+ years equivalent work experience in a position responsible for managing active directory domain services, server and storage environments for data centers and branch offices.
• Exceptional knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and roles, directories, file systems, and security best practices.
• Advanced level technical knowledge of scripting using PowerShell.
• Experience with Cisco UCS C-Series server platform; installing, configuring, and maintaining all aspects of server hardware and associated network equipment.
• Experience with large-scale server virtualization utilizing VMWare.
• Large scale backup infrastructure experience – Metallic.io and Commvault are a plus.
• Familiarity with managing Linux and Linux-based appliances.
• Experience with Hybrid Exchange environments, Solar Winds Orion or other Server and Application Performance monitoring solutions, HPE/Nimble and Dell/EMC SAN Management, SQL Server Clusters, SharePoint and other enterprise business applications are a plus.
• Demonstrated Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure, services, and applications to major Cloud Service Providers is a huge plus.
   

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
