We are currently looking for a high energy, self-motivated IT Analyst. J. Banks Design is an award-winning design firm of over 55 associates working globally in both the residential and hospitality sectors. This is an exciting ground floor opportunity to join a fast-growing company implementing a major software upgrade.

This position is full time and will work with our creative team on Hilton Head Island, SC. and be responsible for assisting the IT director in maintaining the smooth functioning of all information systems at J. Banks.

A partial list of job duties includes the following:

• Responds to end user requests for technical support.
• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware/software issues related to IT users and services.
• Performs new systems builds, configurations and maintenance.
• As part of the IT team, monitors and responds as needed.
• Participates in new system design and deployment projects.
• Assist in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Works within the company culture, adhering to company policies and procedures and represents the Company in a professional manner.

Education and experience include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field from accredited university
• Strong technical depth and breadth across multiple information technology disciplines
• Hands-on project delivery experience, strong planning and communication skills
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.

J. Banks Design offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees, including 401k and Medical/Dental/Vision insurance. The Company will pay approximately 75% of the employee cost of Medical, Dental, and Vision, as well as 100% of Long-Term Disability, and Life policy equal to $15,000. Supplemental Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance is available. In addition, all full-time employees accrue Paid Time Off based on years of service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
