Job description
- Provide and maintain IT support operations to ensure the continuity of computer systems and services.
- Maintain Easterseals MORC technology assets.
- Provide technical assistance to Easterseals MORC users including hardware and software applications.
- Install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software used throughout Easterseals MORC.
- Assist in troubleshooting network-and connectivity related issues.
- Install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware throughout Eastereals MORC.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in the operation and application of the ESM computer system and a working knowledge of a wide variety of commonly used hardware and software.
- Develop documentation and guides to support users.
- Assist in supporting Easterseals MORC phone, audio visual, and security systems.
- Demonstrates knowledge of principles of trauma informed care.
- Willingness to support and assist consumers with trauma related issues.
Experience
Required
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, mobile devices, operating systems, networks, and peripheral equipment/systems.
- Understanding of installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for various technical applications, devices and equipment.
- Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license and active auto insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related area preferred. A combination of education and/or certification and experience considered.
Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
- Ability to support varying user skills, both in person and using remote tools.
- Familiarity with telecom and phone systems.
- Technical expertise with Windows and Microsoft/Microsoft 365 products.
- Experience in the security of technical applications and devices.
- Expertise of software and computer support techniques and procedures.
Education
Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Information Technology
- Bachelors or better in Computer Science
