IT Security Administrators support the design, build, and operation of Azure Active Directory, Intune, JAMF, Security Systems, and Security Policies. Additional responsibilities may include running reports on possible trends, responding to tickets, assisting with Security audits, and taking control and responsibility for assigned security systems.

- Assist with implementing systems and managing migrations.
- Evaluate the security of internal and external systems and assist in creating baselines and standards.
- Monitor computer networks for security issues.
- Assist in the investigation of security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Assist in installing security measures and operation software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
- Could you work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities?
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Help Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
- Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management.
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
- Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
- Responsible for acting on security violations, providing recommendations for adaptation of new technologies or policies, and recognizing and identifying potential areas where existing data security policies and procedures require change or new development.
- Assist in regular audits to ensure that the organization meets all security policies defined by the SOC.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field experience preferred.
- Security-related certifications are a plus.
- Experience in information security or related fields is a plus.
- Understanding of computer systems.
- Ability to identify, asses vulnerabilities and remediate to avoid them.
- Time management skills and self-starter personality.
- Scripting experience is a plus

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
