It Administrator

Position Summary

The IT Administrator will work directly with their supervisor to manage and maintain NSL systems and data. Overall responsibility to manage and maintain NSLs systems (ERP & LIMS).

Essential Functions

• Performs administration of systems and databases including investigation and diagnostics of problems that are deep within one or two technologies and across other platforms.
• Provision and revoke access for NetSuite, LabVantage, HubSpot, and other systems as needed.
• Analyzes requests for technology changes and customization by consulting with employees and other IT disciplines to determine requirements. Assesses system impact of proposed changes and makes recommendations that ensure consistency with existing system standards and future system implementation goals.
• Participates as a team member and contributes to team projects.
• Collaborate with an external IT Help Desk for tasks outside of the scope for NSLs Internal IT Team.
• Conducts audits on data as needed and upon request.
• Work cross functionally within NSL to ensure proper usage, training, and feedback is known and implemented as needed.
• Extract, transform, and load data as needed within systems.
• Implement automation whenever possible.
• Create automated reports and KPIs as needed to support the business.
• Collaborate with vendor partners as needed for IT projects.
• Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Successfully work with the following systems and technologies: Microsoft SQL, NetSuite, LabVantage, HubSpot, Celigo, JavaScript, Advanced Excel Formulas, SharePoint, and other internal systems as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements and Experience Equivalencies:

• Bachelors degree in related field, plus two years related experience.
• Associates degree in technical field, plus four years related experience.
• High school diploma plus six years related experience
