IRS Enrolled Agent - Hybrid/Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified IRS Enrolled Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and representing clients in front of the IRS.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and consultancy services to clients.
• Represent clients in IRS audits, appeals, and collections.
• Research and resolve tax and accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
• Advise clients on the tax implications of business and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Current IRS Enrolled Agent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Years of experience in tax preparation and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience representing clients before the IRS.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
