While experience in residential Real Estate is certainly a plus, it is not a prerequisite. In fact, the majority of our agents including our best and brightest typically have no Real Estate experience prior to joining our teams. Important Details

• Our Sales Agents must hold an active Florida Real Estate license, or you should be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one.
• Similar to traditional Real Estate agents, our agents operate as independent contractors, working on a 100% commission basis.
• Unlike traditional realtors who may wait months to close their first transaction, our agents can complete a transaction within their first month and should expect to do 25-30 or more transactions in their first year.

• Salary: $85,000.00 - $250,000 per year (All commission, uncapped)
