Palm and Cactus is a local Investment Real Estate company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The team is a social and warm welcoming team that focuses primarily on the purchase and sale of single family Real Estate investments in South Florida.

We are seeking sales professionals with an entrepreneurship mindset to join our startup team of agents. Palm and Cactus focuses primarily on the purchase and sale of single family investment properties; all while dealing strictly with investors and eliminating the emotional side of purchasing homes. The position is a competitive and fast paced environment with a culture that encourages agents to be themselves, all while creating lasting relationships amongst those who you work with.
Current Realtors: The position will have nearly nothing to do with your current book of business and past experiences. There is however, a comparative learning advantage over those that have not worked in the Real Estate industry; but this position will be taking your Real Estate career in a completely different direction.
The job is incredibly challenging, rewarding and in most cases, more lucrative than your traditional commercial, residential and industrial transactions. We look forward to hearing from you!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
