Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst

We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time Real Estate acquisitions specialist to join our Real Estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. $65,000 - $125,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Perform due diligence on Real Estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Over 1 year of experience as a Real Estate specialist in Real Estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or Real Estate sales experience is preferred
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for Real Estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
