SalaryInvestment Associate needed for real estate investment, private fund formation, and asset management. The Associate will be a member of our deal sourcing/execution team and will provide support to senior managers by performing due diligence, preparing analysis on potential investment opportunities, and providing support on all related matters as assigned. We provide H1B Sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform investment due diligence (including creating and managing due diligence reports and checklists, building and analyzing financial models, and conducting independent research on the investment target)
- Review and analyze offering documents and loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support deal sourcing process by helping to categorize and track new projects.
- Coordinate internally and externally (lawyers and consultants, etc.) to ensure the projects are on schedule.
- Support senior management team with necessary data entry and general administration, e.g. independent research and memo drafting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at a near-native level is a must for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Masters/MBA preferred (Engineering, law and accounting majors are a plus).
- 1+ years of financial investment, real estate or transactional experience is required.
- Understanding of basic Mandarin is preferred.
- Legal, Consulting and Bank Loan experience are preferred, legal training experience is a plus
