• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Drive business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and new client acquisition
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed

• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfil clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or related field preferred
• Combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years' investment sales experience required
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
• Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
• Previous trust/fiduciary product, financial planning, managed accounts, or insurance experience preferred
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and/or ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation
