- Prepare monthly & quarterly executive reporting package highlighting key metrics and upcoming activity and decision making
- Maintain all books & records, entity & investment documentation
- Review & record monthly & quarterly investment statements, reconcile to accounting books and records
- Analyze the general ledger for each investment, prepare journal entries, calculate accruals and adjustments, and maintain detailed workpaper files on monthly basis
- Prepare annual budget and re-forecast
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, investment accounting, trade settlement or closely related field
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Experience with back office operations of an investment management firm, institutional investor, corporate pension plan, custodian bank, etc.
- Knowledge of Governmental Accounting Standards and Statutory Accounting Standards
