Construction Contract Administrator | Project Accountant

Opportunity
Noble is seeking a Contract Administrator| Project Accountant. The Contract Administrator| Project Accountant will work closely with the Development Team to help move construction projects through their day-to-day needs. The candidate should be a team player who is hard-working and a problem solver. The candidate should have the ability to work at a fast pace and be able to multitask.
Reporting Relationships
The candidate will report to Development Manager/ Head of Development and work closely alongside Noble’s team of professionals at the Noble headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Contract Administrator| Project Accountant role will have primary responsibility for the following:
- Assist Project Directors with drafting, assembling, and executing contracts.
- Help coordinate availability of consultants for site visits.
- Assist with organization of project files, making sure documentation is saved in the correct folders as well as saved and named appropriately.
- Assist in preparation of monthly project reports and assemble final reports for executive review.
- Update forecasts in the accounting system.
- Enter payables related to projects into the accounting system.
- Track insurance and lien waivers.
- Assist Project Directors with project closeout.
- Help maintain standards and checklists.
- Assist with project related bank requests and other Project Accounting needs.
- Assist Development Team with miscellaneous projects and tasks.
Qualifications
The desired candidate should have at least five years of work experience in construction administration or a similar role. A track record of success, integrity, and academic achievement supported by the strong recommendation of industry peers is required, as are:
- Bachelor's degree in construction or accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Yardi and PayScan preferred.
Compensation
Total compensation will be commensurate with experience and include a base salary and bonus.
