Investigator (Entry-Level)

Looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals that want to improve themselves financially and intellectually. Difficult work requiring determination, tenacity, integrity and backbone. No college degree required but candidate must have (i) excellent command of the English language, (ii) the ability to quickly filter data to locate missing individuals, and (iii) salesmanship/charisma on the phone. Not for everyone. For those that succeed, the position provides uncapped growth and earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, you will engage in the following activities:

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from diverse sources such as court records, credit data, and internal location software to locate individuals and collateral.
• Use the phone to speak with individuals and their related contacts. Convince individuals to surrender collateral that is owed to clients.
• Ensure accurate and effective documentation of investigation process.
• Maintain regular communication with our valued clients to keep them informed of progress and foster strong working relationships with banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the handling of personally sensitive information.
• All work must be performed in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Job performed in a professional office environment through the phone and computer. Must communicate with 3rd party, outside agents who perform physical recovery.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong ability to communicate on the phone and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain professionalism with colleagues in an office environment including smart casual attire.
• High school diploma required.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• All work performed on location in fast paced office environment (Gold River, CA)

Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000+ or more annually, depending on performance. Position provides $16.00 per hour plus a substantial, escalating commission structure (pay for performance). Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
