cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities. Eaze, our technology arm, supports the
cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed
dispensaries and products.

as a tool for wellness, and drive smart cannabis policies. At Stachs, you will work alongside a
world-class team representing a wide range of backgrounds and strengths.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the InventorySpecialistconducts various daily
operations functions within the warehouse. The InventorySpecialistresponsibilities are, but
not limited to:
● Understanding cannabis regulations relevant for receiving, storing, handling and
distributing each product, as well as all pertinent depot functions.
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all inventory areas.
● Assisting in inventory cycle counts and quarterly counts.
● Assisting in inventory receiving (intake).
● Monitoring regular slack communications.
● Updating various spreadsheets and managing Inventory Systems (Mission Control:
North and South, Odoo referencing).
● Moderate to occasional heavy lifting, including but not limited to assisting in the
intake of product, receipt of Amazon or Costco purchases, and distributing purchases
to necessary departments.
● Maintaining quality work and effectively and efficiently utilizing your time on the job.
● Following all the protocol, procedures, and guidelines in place.
● Attending all necessary Depot and All Hands meetings.
● Accurately packing individual customer orders and/or building inventory cases.
● Available to answer any relevant inventory questions.

● Flexibility in learning and performing a variety of tasks.
● Attention to detail.
● Detail-oriented; desire to align with vendors and ensure every invoice is right.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Clear written and verbal communication.
● Ability to work with Google Sheets (Excel) and various Inventory Management softwares
