Allweather Wood is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead our shipping team at our World Class Distribution Center in Calpella, CA! The base salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.
The Inventory Shipping Supervisor will manage inventory control such as procurement, inventory levels, receiving and physical inventory accuracy of products delivered to customers and oversees special order processing, data collection and reporting.

- Manage CDC inventory and consignment inventory levels to support projected sales forecasts
- Ensure the accuracy of physical and electronic inventories through the use of transactional process controls
- Maintain procurement levels and scheduling to meet minimum and maximum supply and demand levels
- Oversee special order processing, data collection and reporting
- Monthly inspection of products (check packaging, check product for damage, and warehousing)
- Produce accurate payroll documentation
- Complete month end consignment inventory purchase order reconciliation
- Participate in annual physical inventory
- May be responsible for control or oversight of contract remanufacturing operations processing Company lumber
- Complete such additional projects as may be directed by Supervisor, Warehouse
- Train new employees; plan, assign, and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems; accurately and timely communicate company priorities, goals, and policies in the areas including but not limited to safety, environmental health, quality, productivity, and human resources
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Administration from four-year college or university preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of Inventory Control/Management and Supervisory experience and/or training preferred
- Or or a combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Access, and intermediate to advanced level Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Basic Algebra and Geometry
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
