The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular physical counts of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Managing and updating inventory records in both physical and digital systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate stock movements and transfers.
- Identifying discrepancies and working proactively to resolve any inventory-related issues.
- Utilizing Excel and other computer software to track, analyze, and report on inventory data.
- Performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials within the warehouse.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management programs.
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
- You must receive your Manager/Supervisor’s approval prior to applying for a position.
- Must not have any Disciplinary actions for at least 6 months prior to applying for position.
- Been in your position for at least 90 Days.
