We are looking for an Inventory Specialist who will bring unwavering professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position. You can expect to work closely with management, develop and improve existing procedures and policies, lead shipping and receiving, maintain inventory records, maintain equipment movement, and complete monthly cycle counts.
Responsibilities:
Complete necessary data entry transactions to properly account for material. movements, prepare all paperwork for shipping and receiving materials
Inventory tracking, movement, and maintenance
Perform cycle counts monthly or as needed.
Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory records
Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for the adjustments
Adhere to the company’s quality systems and FDA compliance requirements
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication regarding inventory requirements and changes

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
Minimum of three years’ experience in the field
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, inventory management software and systems
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
