What you will do -
As the Field Coordination Senior Team Member, you will oversee all operations and inventory management activities as they relate to surgical case scheduling and case coverage. You will also be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the Regional Inventory Manager, while coordinating all activities relating to Case Coverage, Inventory Requirements Planning, Loaner Management, Cycle Counting, Inventory Inspection and other related operational analysis.
- Consistent communication with Reps to ensure reps needs
- Communicates backorders to sales (verify incomplete kits are ok to be used in surgery) and late delivery or inability to meet Hospital/sales requested delivery
- Coordination and Calendar maintenance for allocation of resources
- Coordinates kit movement within territory, utilizing hub inventory first (can account for all kits)
- Moving staged requests physically and in FOMS, to outbound once request is filled
- Identify additional kits needed and what can be returned (underutilized kits) to maintain kit returns
- Scheduling Driver Routes for pickups and deliveries
- Completing biologics logs for FDA compliance
What you need -
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience - required
- Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service -preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - required
- Associates Degree - preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed - required
- Valid Driver’s license required with no restrictions - required
