The BSN SPORTS Grand Prairie, TX Warehouse team is looking for a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor, which is 3:00PM-11:30 PM+ OT as needed.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a member of the Warehouse team, the IC Supervisor is a critical role within our warehouse department and the warehouse department is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center’s flow. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for creating and updating all training guides for the department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
- They will assist the Team Leads in answering any questions raised by associates.
- Monitor the team’s daily performance and workload, providing regular reports to management.
- Work with Team Leads to develop associates with performance or productivity issues.
- Work with management to discipline associates as needed.
- Manage warehouse projects, providing management with regular reports, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Generates a variety of reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel, providing in-depth analysis to management.
- Lead team by example regarding attendance, performance, productivity, and safety.
- Work with other departments to problem solve orders with inventory issues or changes needed.
- Make sure department’s daily responsibilities are done by end of shift, providing support in any area needed.
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety.

The BSN SPORTS Indianapolis Production/Warehouse team is looking for a team oriented, high-energy Warehouse Manager in Grand Prairie, TX
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Warehouse Manager is a key leadership role and is responsible developing and coaching all team members and defining KPIs for operational success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
- Provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming working environment in a Lean culture for all team members
- Communicate with levels of the team with regards to KPIs, performance feedback and reviews, recognition of team members
- Ensures positive employee relations by active coaching and conflict resolution
- Builds strong teams and team members
- Be a champion of the department’s KPIs; develop KPIs and create attainment paths
- Bias to continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Professional written and verbal communication and listening skills
- History of developing strong team and creating a bench
- Solution oriented and change management minded
- Collaborates with peers for team and Operational success
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge in SAP/WMS a plus
- Able to provide direction to teams
- Flexibility to work varying shifts in support of the operation

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse manufacturing/setting
- Ability to work Weekends as needed.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Manager level role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
