Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE*

o Knowledge of SQF, GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP, and other food process sanitation requirements.
o Report any/all food safety or food quality issues immediately to supervision or QA.
o Perform related duties as assigned by production lead or other leadership
o Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
o Assist production lead with changeovers as required (including moving materials, equipment, etc).
o Able to lift 50 to 70 lbs. Able to work extended hours, available for overtime and weekend work as required.
o Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.

o Move product to storage locations.
o Efficiently stack and store the product in the appropriate areas.
o Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
o Move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, electric pallet jacks, or other power equipment.
o Utilize PLEX and mobile scanners to accurately maintain inventory and complete orders
o Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
o Daily, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
o Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
o Keep appropriate records and report to guarantee that tight Inventory Control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation
o Properly utilize labor resources to improve efficiency, minimize labor expense and reduce waste
o Rework all product as needed, do not waste product
o Notify production lead of any waste issues and/or machine malfunctions
o Clean up line continuously throughout shift
o Able to work extended hours, available for overtime and weekend work as required.
o Ability to troubleshoot any issues in the mixing operation.
o Provide outstanding customer service to our partners
o Implement actions as needed to prevent food safety and food quality issues
o Coordinate with QA to ensure excellent quality is being produced
o Ensure customer specifications are being met through evaluation and immediate reaction
o Monitor and ensure that all GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP are met at all times
o Ensure Production Floor is SQF ready EVERYDAY
o Follow all safety and OSHA polices and report any issues or violations immediately to a supervisor.
Prevent cross-contamination by following all policies and procedures.
