The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility in addition to hosting a full beverage distribution center. Spartanburg is the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution location. The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing. All associates at the Spartanburg site will have accountability to both a functional business unit in addition to the full site operation. The site will run on first-in-class enterprise IT and manufacturing execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment.
Inventory Control Analyst manage the product flow of the Finished Goods and Raw Materials at the select locations. This includes the Inventory Control processes, procedures, reporting, tracking and reconciliation. Maintains and monitors finished goods inventories and assures and reports stock levels respectively. Responsible for ensuring that the inventory records in SAP WMS match the actual physical inventory of items on hand in an effort to improve production requirements, planning and service to our customers. Accuracy will be achieved through continual cycle counting. Manages adjustments to SAP for inventory transactions to ensure the inventory is accurate and posts to the General Ledger.
Shift and Schedule: This position will be working 1st Shift. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Compensation: This is a full time, hourly role paid on a weekly basis
What you'll Do:
- Audits inventory transactions with comparison to corporate standards and manages assigned investigative analyses to lead efforts to provide the appropriate resolutions.
- Achieve and surpass company’s expected levels of break, shrink, expired and obsolete products. Manage inventory KPI's to ensure annual business objectives are achieved.
- Ensure all related Sarbanes Oxley controls are implemented, reviewed, functional and compliant

Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 3 year experience with dispatching / routing in a logistics / supply chain management environment
- 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
- 2 year experience with Roadnet Transportation Suite or similar routing software
