We are looking for folks to work in a variety of functions including loading, receiving, Inventory control, order fulfillment and order preparation. Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts in accordance with the cycle count program.
• Investigate cycle count variances before adjustments are made in our warehouse management system ("WMS"), JDA.
• Work with Operations (Outbound) to resolve locations in error (items missing, unreachable, damaged, etc.).
• Identify ways to improve cycle count results and reduce damages, mispicks, etc.
• Move inventory using proper equipment and expertly stack and store merchandise.
• Ensure all inventory movement (receipts, adjustments, transfers, kitting, etc.) is recorded in JDA.
• Practice Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years of warehouse and Inventory Control experience required
• Previously certified on equipment (i.e., order picker, forklift, etc.) preferred
• Experience with different systems such as WMS, ERP (e.g., JDA, NetSuite, etc.), radio frequency scanners, etc. preferred
• Able to work overtime as required

Physical demands and abilities:

• Mobility necessary to work all levels of building
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to over 80 lbs.
• Frequently required to push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Regularly required to stand 100% of working shift if required by job responsibilities
• Able to control moving equipment at all times
• Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment with -5 degrees to 55 degrees temperature for long periods of time is required.
• Displays the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress.
• Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills; displays reading comprehension skills.
