What You Offer:

- Excellent communications skills to clearly and accurately provide information over the phone about services

What You’ll Do:
- Greet all individuals with professionalism and respect
- Check individuals in for their appointments, verifying demographic information and coverage for their services
- Utilize reports to verify coverage for services scheduled to assure payment is received and make necessary changes
- Complete office tasks such as mail/fax
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Provide information on community resources for external referrals
- Learn about and collaborate with all LVF departments to ensure that individuals are receiving the services they request; Understand the interplay between departments of LVF
- Respond to overflow calls from the call center
