As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.
As an Inventory Clerk who takes pride in your workmanship, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, researching and ordering inventory, including supplies, parts, equipment and tools for the Engineering Department.
As an Inventory Clerk, you will:
- Assist with the receiving, handling, issuing, and accounting of inventory stock for the Engineering department
- Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to Engineering staff
- Organize and maintain inventory areas for efficient material, storage, handling, and labeling of each stock item
- Confirm all delivered goods and items match the purchase orders for specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc
- Complete all daily paperwork and reports for stock items issued and received and other related documents
- Assist in conducting weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon re-orders and the physical inventory count annually
- Assist with other duties as necessary to assist the Engineering Department
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

- Valid TN driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
