Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to support production schedules.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, ensuring quality standards are met and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
Enter inventory transactions into the SAP system and other databases accurately and in a timely manner.
Process and fulfill internal and external orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic audits to validate inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to address inventory-related issues and streamline processes.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends for management review.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to the handling and storage of materials.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in SAP and other inventory management software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
