Title: Inventory Analyst - 106026
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
Your Responsibilities
As an Inventory Analyst for JD Thibodaux located in Thibodaux, LA, you will analyze inventory count results and MAPOU data to identify problem areas, root cause analysis of a problem, and suggest corrective action plans. In addition, you will:
- Perform ongoing parts statistical sampling audits.
- Manage quarterly perpetual audits
- Analyze, process, and disposition surplus and obsolete inventory.
- Analyze slow-moving and aged WIP inventory to minimize trapped inventory.
- Support factory Cost of Goods Issues (COGI).
- Perform request counts and count WM differences.

What Skills You Need
- 1 or more years of experience in roles using SAP production planning/material replenishment processes
- 1 or more years of experience in factory shop floor operations
- 1 or more years of experience with advanced data analytics, root cause analysis, and corrective action skills
- 1 or more years of experience working in a team environment
- 1 or more years of forklift operator experience
What Makes You Stand Out
- Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP PP/MM/IM - including receiving, warehousing, and factory consumption
- Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP BOM structure, setup, routings, component allocation
- Experience with material replenishment and/or material flow processes
- Demonstrated project management skills
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Operations Management, Business, Accounting/Finance, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
