The successful candidate will be a self-starter and agile thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach to building communication strategies. Strong strategic thinking, project/campaign management, and execution skills are a must.
The Role:
- Serves as the liaison for the AMP-1 leadership team, providing guidance and advice on integrated communication strategies to inspire employees and support productivity, retention, and policy compliance
- Writes and edits key communications to promote initiatives through multiple channels for a variety of domains – HR, Operations, Facilities, among others
- Partner with the HR team to ensure coordinated timing of communications to employees that will help drive clarity, keeping employee experience at the center of decision-making
- Support labor communications planning and execution
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Partner with teams to develop employee-facing communication that aligns with brand guidelines and business needs
- Make meaning of data and other metrics to provide guidance to key stakeholders and teams
- Manages multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in Internal Communications; prior Manufacturing, Operations, or other functional communications experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; experience with intranets and digital signage is a plus
- Comfort in shaping Internal Communications practices in an evolving environment
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
