This will be a part-time internship, working ~20 hours a week.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Organize update and maintain the PEXNA Risk Management Teams database.
- Maintain insurance policies including summary document continually reviewing for accuracy
- Assist in requesting Certificates of Insurance, auto ID cards, etc. by coordinating with internal stakeholder and Insurance Brokers to ensure compliance with policies and contracts
- Assist in compiling and preparing internal reports for presentation to the business units
- Perform administrative tasks as required
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree preferably in Risk Management, Finance, economics or related field
Competencies:
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills Window, MS Office, etc.
- Commitment to a team environment
- Superior communication skills both oral and written
Communications:
- Key communications contacts and level of persuasion required
- Internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance and Human Resources
- External vendors such as insurance brokers and claims administrators
Hourly Range: $17.00 - $38.00
The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
