ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct analysis, review, and make recommendations on Organized Retail Crime, the subsequent impact on the retail grocery industry, and potential solutions being used by other companies in the industry.
Also develop an understanding of Northeast Shared Services Organized Retail Crime program.
Spend time with several positions in Asset Protection and other areas of Risk Management to understand the different roles throughout the department.
Examine current processes/procedures and make recommendations to modify or change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Driver's License Required
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
A solid work ethic and good attendance.
The ability to work a flexible schedule.
The ability to work both in a team and as an individual without needing constant guidance and supervision.
Presenting ideas for improvement and being able to follow through if given the approval of those ideas.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate juniors/seniors, post-undergraduate, or graduate/MBA students preferred.
Major: Criminal Justice or Business Management required

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
