This job role will be responsible for the organizational IT support needs of our associates in our offices and remote locations. Candidate is responsible for customer service, end-user training, new-hire onboarding, equipment procurement, IT troubleshooting, scheduling of equipment/services and proactively addressing outages. Researching and resolving technical problems with cooperation from the Server Operations department.
This candidate will work with our Help Desk provider to research and resolve technical problems varying levels of complexity. Documentation and follow-up will be required on all technical support issues to ensure our associates receive a positive IT experience with a sense of urgency. Occasional after hours and weekend work is needed to address critical outages.
Preferred candidate will be someone pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or IT Certificate Program.
