Position Overview

As an intern in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, you will work closely with our Finance team, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of financial functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

What You Will Do

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial presentations for Core leadership and other ancillary businesses through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assess and analyze performance, identifying key trends and insights across all line items within the income statement.
  • Translate intricate monthly variance analysis findings into digestible and actionable insights for internal teams and senior management.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports to provide key financial insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ideally, you'll have

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.


You'll crush it if you have experience with

  • Financial modeling, aiding in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models.
  • Analyzing financial performance, identifying key trends, and extracting actionable insights from income statement
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
