Position Overview
As an intern in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, you will work closely with our Finance team, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of financial functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
What You Will Do
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial presentations for Core leadership and other ancillary businesses through cross-functional collaboration.
- Assess and analyze performance, identifying key trends and insights across all line items within the income statement.
- Translate intricate monthly variance analysis findings into digestible and actionable insights for internal teams and senior management.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports to provide key financial insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Ideally, you'll have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Financial modeling, aiding in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models.
- Analyzing financial performance, identifying key trends, and extracting actionable insights from income statement
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
