HOURS – From 34-40 hours per week
SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability Mon- Friday with weekends open. approx. 5-10 weekends per YR. as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 7am to 4pm and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.
PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $19.19- 27and will be based on relevant work experience.
This position is Monday- Friday 7-3:30am. There will be weekends required throughout the year to support Peak days but have only averaged out to be 10x per year. We are looking for someone with retail apparel visual merchandising or interior design experience. This role is 25% 3D Planning and 75% Hands-on implementation (painting, building furniture, installing furniture, physically decorating rooms)- Interior Designers create, develop, and install all rooms across the store. . They need to have independence with project planning, meeting deadlines, and creative thinking. While we use REVIT, a 3D illustration program, AutoCAD or Adobe Suite experience is a plus.

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their goals, preferences, and budget for the project
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design
- Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories within the given budget
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and specifications using software such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Oversee the implementation of the design plan, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance on interior finishes, materials, and furnishings
- Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for projects
- Prepare contracts and negotiate terms with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Sales experience is a plus
