Position Overview:

Are you a persuasive and personable individual with a genuine passion for Interior Design? Do you enjoy helping clients bring their design visions to life? If you're a natural at building relationships and have a strong desire to sell high-quality products, we want to hear from you. As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their Interior Design dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand clients' design needs, preferences, and budgets.

- Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to clients.

- Present and explain design proposals, product options, and pricing.

- Collaborate closely with our Interior Design team to tailor solutions to clients' needs.

- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and estimates.

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

- Stay current on Interior Design trends and our product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Interior Design or related industries.

- A genuine passion for Interior Design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a design team.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

-Average 40-42 hours a week + 1 day off during the week and closed on Sundays. (MUST be able to work on Saturdays)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
