C. but candidate has to travel in many states of America including Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Missouri, Colorado, California and Washington with some extra facility for housing and transportation. Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop interior design concepts for a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to understand and execute project requirements, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout all stages of the process.
- Conduct thorough research on materials, furniture, and accessories to ensure appropriate selection that complements the overall design and meets quality and budget standards.
- Create technical drawings, plans, and renderings to visually communicate design concepts and facilitate accurate project implementation.
- Oversee the execution of the design throughout all project phases, from planning to final installation, ensuring design integrity is maintained, and established timelines are met.
- Willingness to travel to different locations, such as Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA, as needed to meet project requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years practicing Interior Design. Knowledge of building and accessibility codes, commercial furniture as it pertains to office space, and commercial finishes. Through understanding of space planning and implementing space standards, specifying appropriate finishes to maintain standards and building aesthetics as well as to promote the health and wellbeing of occupants as well as durability for anticipated use.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $78,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
