Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Interior Design Director and internal/external contacts.
- Efficiently manage the director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, create agendas, and record minutes as required.
- Assist in project management activities, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks to maintain smooth office operations.
- Must have a car and be available for local travel within the DC DMV area.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Interest in or knowledge of interior design is an advantage.
- Background in interior design is a plus.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, own a car, and be local to the DC DMV area.
