Interior Designer-Project Manager

Job Overview:

As an Interior Designer/ Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our design visions to life. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our talented design and construction teams to conceptualize and develop creative interior design solutions that align with clients' preferences and project objectives.

  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution and our adherence to deadlines.

  • Coordinate with clients, Construction Managers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.

  • Manage procurement of materials and finishes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

  • Review and approve architectural plans, 3D models, and other design-related documents for accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

  • Conduct regular project meetings to keep stakeholders informed about project status, updates, and potential challenges.

  • Continuously seek innovative solutions and stay updated with industry trends to enhance our design offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a successful track record in managing design projects from inception to completion.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
