Interior DesignOffice Manager/Executive Assistant
NISHI design + studio is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Interior design Office Manager with five plus years of experience to join our in-house established design team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Professionally answer calls and emails
Scheduling and following up with leads
Executive Assistant for Principal designer (scheduling, running errands)
Closing out client projects (Final invoice, photography, thank you gifts, etc)
Communication with vendors
Creating, maintaining, and emailing prospective clients, architects, and builders
Organizing meetings, conferences, lunch and learns, and other company events
Creating and maintaining Marketing / PR leads
Finding new ways to capture leads
Pick and deliver samples, products, fabrics, and other items when necessary
Keeping the samples library organized
Booking transport and accommodation, securing tickets/access to show houses and other networking events
Manage all shipping and tracking
Create spreadsheets and update collateral for clients
Daily approved social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
Assist with all marketing needs including - social media strategy, maintaining website and portfolio updates, gaining new public relations editorials
Ordering office supplies, maintaining a clean office
Assisting the organization's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents, and ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Requirements
Strong preference for Interior Design industry experience
Social media expertise
Professional verbal and written communication
Proficient with computers (Google, Gmail, Drive, Apple, Mac, CRM, Design Files)
Knowledge of bookkeeping
Extremely organized, self-motivated, proactive, and personable
Willing to travel and drive in the metro Atlanta area
Nice to have:
IT Administration experience
