Interior Designer

We are searching for a hands-on, collaborative, Interior Designer for our high-end luxury design firm!

We specialize in home renovation and design to help our clients create beautiful and functional living spaces. We are an innovative firm focusing on the design and client experience, achieving 50%-100% growth year over year, creating exciting growth potential for the right candidate.

This role offers a healthy balance of client engagement and creative work in our Dunwoody location in Atlanta. **This is an office/studio-based position**

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary of $72k - $76k annually depending on experience
• Annual bonus based on firm's overall performance
• 10 PTO days
• 7 Paid Holidays
• Paid 1 week off between Christmas and New Year's
• Schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• No lead chasing - all clients are provided!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult - Conduct consultation appointments with clients to identify needs and desires, estimating design time and scope of work.
• Conceptualize - Source and design concepts to present to the client exhibiting your experience in interior design while utilizing your technical knowledge of design implementation to draft plans and compiling a spec book.
• Collaborate - Demonstrate agility in working with the team and client to stay on track with project timelines to deliver according to client expectations, keeping clients proactively communicating with on progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
• Previous experience in a commercial, residential design, or corporate design firm
• Experience and understanding of architectural interior design
• Connections with trade sources, ADAC, and other design resources in the Atlanta GA area
• Ability to comprehend CAD drawings with ability to create elevations and floor plans, either hand drawn or with a software
• A portfolio of your work will be required for this position
